The Printable Family Blackout Plan is a planned digital product and is not currently offered for purchase. Stripe checkout, payment processing and digital delivery are not connected. The free calculator and printable checklist do not require payment.
Proposed policy for a future digital product
The following is the intended approach if the product is launched, not a current sales offer or an active checkout agreement. Final purchase, delivery and refund terms will be confirmed before any sales begin. Subject to applicable law, the proposed policy is that sales are final after download except for defective files, inaccessible delivery or duplicate charges.
When we would fix it or refund you
- Defective file: a purchased PDF is corrupted, blank, missing pages or will not open in a standard PDF reader.
- File never arrived or cannot be accessed: a paid order has no usable download link or access.
- Duplicate charge: the same order is charged more than once.
Proposed replacement or refund process
- Email stan@instantmarketing.app with the subject “Replacement request.”
- Include the purchase email, receipt or order number if available, and a short description of the problem. Do not send full card details.
- We would provide a working replacement first. If a working file cannot be provided, the proposed remedy is a refund to the original payment method; timing depends on the eventual payment service and your bank.
- Confirmed duplicate charges would be refunded to the original payment method.
No Stripe refund process is active today, because purchases are not available.
What the proposed policy would not cover
- Changing your mind after downloading, subject to applicable law.
- Printer, paper or device settings on your end. We would be glad to help troubleshoot.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
